Nurse Practitioner
Alice Woodruff, FNP-BC, was a production potter for more than 20 years before she began her nursing career in 1995, and subsequently became a nurse practitioner, working for seven years with John Cuff, M.D., at Georgia Neurological Surgery. In January 2008, with Dr. Cuff’s blessing, Alice joined Physicians Back and Neck Clinic and moved to the rehab side of spine care, exemplifying the clinic’s interdisciplinary approach of evaluating and treating spine conditions. Alice’s years of experience in sorting out surgical from non-surgical conditions (coupled with her personal story as a three-time spine surgery patient) give her the perspective and insights necessary for complex spine care.
